These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at smartsalelabs.com and the CartBoost app, both operated by Smart Sale Lab Pty Ltd ("Smart Sale Lab", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully. They are written in plain English so you know exactly what you are agreeing to.

Acceptance of these terms

By visiting this website or installing and using CartBoost, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the app. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

The CartBoost service

CartBoost is a Shopify app that adds a smart cart drawer to your store. It shows shoppers their progress toward your free shipping threshold and recommends a basket-matched product to help close the gap between your average order value and that threshold. CartBoost is built exclusively for Shopify and is installed through your Shopify admin.

Pricing and free trial

CartBoost is offered on a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, the service costs $19.99 per month (USD), billed through Shopify. You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin, and cancellation stops future billing. Prices are subject to change with notice, and any change will not affect your current billing period.

The website is informational

smartsalelabs.com is provided for general information about Smart Sale Lab and CartBoost, including tools such as our free shipping threshold calculator. We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that it is complete or error-free, and we may update it at any time.

Intellectual property

The website, the CartBoost app, and all related content, branding, and software are owned by Smart Sale Lab or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the website and CartBoost lawfully and not to interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use them in any way that harms us or other users.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and CartBoost are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Revenue or average order value results vary from store to store, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Smart Sale Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or CartBoost after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
